Red Ribbon Day
Today is World AIDS Day. Twenty years after the first World AIDS Day, and AIDS is still an epidemic.
UNAIDS* estimates that over 33.2 million people--half are women--2.5 million are children-- living with HIV around the globe. To see the figures, country by country is staggering (btw the US . http://data.unaids.org/pub/GlobalReport/2008/20080820_gr08_annex1_table_en.xls
So, if you are having sex, you are just practicing, so practice safe sex: full body condoms.
Pressure the government, the pharm companies to fund research and medical care.
